SkyportCare creates a digital connection between your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system and your servicing contractor.

• Core system components can be evaluated remotely, so you may not need to be home for routine checks.

How to Get Started?

1. Provide your Daikin Pro with your email address used to register your SkyportHome (previously called Daikin One Home) mobile app.
2. Watch for a notification in the app inviting you to join.
3. Accept the invitation and select your preferred access level.

Steps to Accept the Invitation?

1. Ensure your SkyportHome app is updated to the latest version.
2. When your contractor sends the invitation, you’ll receive an in-app notification.
3. Tap the notification titled “Join the SkyportCare Program”, then tap “Join Now.”
4. Select the locations you want to connect and choose the permission level for your contractor.
5. You’ll see a “Thank you” message confirming your enrollment.
